There are criticisms that many times we have done and it has helped us in our personal growth, we have not rushed to respond, we analyzed the extent, the impact of criticism and have determined the scope and often do not deal with it move into the order that this does not happen again. Wikipedia provides us with respect, that constructive criticism is proposing new solutions to problems or defects that are exposed to criticism.
We add, that as a general rule, constructive criticism should be based on objective observation of a team or individual whose behavior deviates from the standard or process.

We are warned that use constructive criticism can have a positive impact on a team or any group of people coming together for a common goal. But it will be indispensable, fully aware that criticism is not personal, but something that would benefit the team. Also, in order to function successfully, it will require from the individuals involved include: high intellectual vision of current and future problems, depersonalization, unity of direction and humility on the part of all involved. Constructive criticism is also a way to criticize the work of others.

Through constructive criticism develop other values: loyalty, honesty, simplicity, respect, friendship ... Each time a person wishes to express its opinion or disagreement with a right intention, you have to clarify that it is constructive criticism, to avoid misunderstandings and better layout of your interlocutor.
Sometimes we are so susceptible, that without appropriate explanation we are attacked. If we were more simple and mature, we would find every positive or negative criticism, an opportunity to change and improve our way of life. In fact, even more acres criticism should have the calmness, patience and maturity to get the best of them, but hurt our pride.
