Veronica salad
Veronica Salad is a light meal, very good main course.
IngredientesCubos chicken (see recipe chicken cubes) Rocket - 200 gPaltas (avocados) - 2 unidadesChampignones - olive gAceite 50 - 10 cm3
PreparaciónSi chicken cubes were in the freezer, thaw. Pour olive oil in a pot on fire, wait a few seconds to heat and add the chicken. Initially leave the chicken for a few seconds without moving, then go for a saute stirring evenly. Add salt.
The chicken is cooked when all sides are of a yellowish white color. If you prefer a sharper taste, continue cooking the chicken until it turns a light golden color.
Cut avocado into cubes and mushrooms into thin slices. The rocket can be left uncut or penalties can be cut to half of the leaves. Finally, mix all ingredients.
Having done opcionalUna Dressing remove the chicken cubes but leave the pot on the fire. In the bottom sediments will be very concentrated flavor, you can deglaze (see it deglaze) and use the liquid for dressing, mixed with olive oil, vinegar and mayonnaise.
