Why you should ping your blog
A blog has just been made and is staring right at you. What should be the next thing to do once a blog has been done? A key step is to drive traffic to your site. Directing traffic to a site may mean that you have enough readers, with a customer base, or in other words, it might be possible to bring the money.
There are many ways of driving traffic to sites. You can do this by joining social networking sites, through advertising, RSS feeds and affiliate marketing. Sometimes, even simple methods such as table could make the world know that the site exists.
A ping is a way to notify search engines to make them know that the blog you created has had a recent update. This is how to invoke these search engines and by letting them know that an update has been made.
