Business Building: the concept that the potential customer - Sample Letter of thanks
Great! Have you managed to get a meeting with the client in a lot of potential that you wanted to meet. You can set the time and your presentation right down. Finally the big day arrives and all is well at your meeting. Now what? Just sit back and wait for potential customers to call?
Someone who could have done a lot of money, once said: "The fortune is in follow-up." So, go out and follow!
The first thing you need to do is to send them a letter of thanks. Go to step forward and make it more personal by sending a postcard to the prospect of Thanksgiving, with handwritten letter inside. Here is a sample letter of thanks could be sent after the meeting with a potential customer.

It 's been wonderful to have the opportunity to meet and get to know a little' better. I loved having the opportunity to hear about your trip to Europe. As I said, it's a place I'd go in the near future. It seems that I could not really up to you some tips on where to go, while I'm there.

As you can see, a thank you letter after a meeting with a potential customer does not need to be fancy, but it must be personal, if applicable. Make an effort to build that relationship past just business so that potential customers can actually see their interests at heart.
